1. General

By placing an order on wrapstoria.com you agree to these Terms of Service. We supply floral packaging products at wholesale prices to businesses and individual buyers worldwide.

2. Orders and Minimum Quantities

Each product lists a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders below MOQ cannot be accepted. Volume pricing tiers are shown on each product page and apply automatically at checkout. The selling unit may be a bag, roll, set or piece and is stated on the product page.

3. Pricing

All catalog prices are in USD and already include our normal sourcing coordination, routine quality checks and export handling. We do not add a separate percentage-based sourcing or handling fee to catalog products at checkout. International shipping is calculated separately based on shipment weight, dimensions, method and destination. Import duties and taxes, when applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. Off-catalog sourcing and custom projects are quoted individually before the buyer commits.

4. Payment

Catalog checkout submits an order request; no payment is taken at that stage. We confirm stock, packing data and final freight before sending payment instructions. Orders are processed once the final quotation is accepted and payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, please include your order number as the payment reference.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping method selected, destination, production availability and customs clearance. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Product Information

We work to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches. Product images are for reference. Buyers should review the stated selling unit, pack size, dimensions and MOQ before ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
