Worldwide enquiries are welcome. Shipping availability, delivery options and freight are confirmed individually for each order based on the destination, product quantities, packed weight and volume. No payment is collected until these details are confirmed with the customer.

How shipping works

  1. Submit an order request — add products to your cart and check out. Checkout does not take payment; it sends us your order request.
  2. We confirm the details — we check stock, packing, and the delivery options available for your destination and order size, then send you a freight quote.
  3. You approve and pay — once you confirm the total including freight, we send a secure PayPal payment link.

What affects the freight quote

  • Destination country and delivery address
  • Product quantities and packed weight / volume
  • Delivery speed: express air for urgent restocks and samples, sea freight for larger, non-urgent bulk orders
  • Customs terms: shipments are normally delivered duty unpaid (DDU); if you prefer duties prepaid (DDP), mention it in your enquiry and we will quote accordingly

Bulk & freight forwarding

For pallet-size or container-size orders, or if you have your own forwarder, contact us — we can ship to your China warehouse or arrange a direct freight quote.
