What must be confirmed before packing?

Record the delivery service, handling stages, expected exposure, recipient availability and what happens after a missed delivery. Confirm that the carrier accepts the contents and packaging. Delivery time alone does not establish a suitable pack: bouquet shape, flower care needs, orientation and handling also matter.

Why separate presentation from transport protection?

Decorative paper gives a finished appearance; the carrier and its supports control movement and contact. Neither a premium finish nor extra layers prove resistance to crushing or leakage. Choose support that restrains the intended binding or stem area without pressing flower heads. Keep the hydration component separate from decorative material and follow its intended use.

How to trial the complete pack

Prepare the actual bouquet, wrap, hydration component, supports and outer carrier. Check clearance around vulnerable flowers and whether the closure adds pressure. Reproduce normal lifting, placement and handling conservatively over a work surface; do not shake a live bouquet or use an arbitrary tilt angle as a universal certification. Inspect for movement, contact marks, wet spots and damaged seams. Repeat a representative delivery route where practical, then inspect and photograph the arrival condition. Record the conditions and limits; this is a suggested shop trial, not a test already conducted by WrapStoria.

Dispatch decision

Do not release a pack with a leaking hydration component, unsupported movement, contact damage or a closure pressing flowers. Correct the cause and repeat the check. A successful trial applies only to the tested design and conditions; it does not guarantee a fixed vase life or an overnight delivery capability.

When should the trial be repeated?

Recheck after changes to flowers, bouquet dimensions, material reference, support, hydration method, carrier or route. Before dispatch, record the order reference, packaging version, condition photograph, intended orientation and recipient instructions. If arrival differs from the approved trial, retain the observations and revise the pack before using it again.

Where to confirm materials and order details?

Ask for the exact product dimensions, construction, sales-unit contents and handling limits before buying in volume. State the product reference, quantity, destination and required timing. Minimum quantities follow the confirmed sales unit; availability and freight are confirmed per order. Do not treat a decorative sleeve as a rated shipping container.
