WrapStoria ships worldwide from China, subject to carrier and destination restrictions. This policy explains handling times, transit estimates, costs, and import duties.

Handling Time

For in-stock items, handling takes 3–7 business days after payment and any required verification. For custom or bulk orders, the lead time is quoted and approved before payment.

Transit Time

Air shipping transit is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch. Sea shipping transit is typically 15–20 business days after dispatch. Courier-specific timing is shown or quoted before payment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or quoted and confirmed before you accept the order. Costs depend on destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method.

Duties and Import Taxes

Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless a written quote or Incoterm includes them. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
