What are you comparing?
Compare exact product references rather than three appearance labels. Matte describes a finish; it does not establish the base material or coating. A clear sheet should be identified by its declared material rather than called cellophane solely because it is transparent. For kraft, ask whether the supplied paper is coated or laminated. Record sheet dimensions, stated composition, coating, colour and sales-unit contents; leave missing information unconfirmed.
How do the candidates differ in the buying decision?
Matte wrap: assess the visible finish, colour beside the flowers and the fold needed for your design. Clear film: assess the view of the bouquet, reflections, seams and the specified closure method. Kraft: assess the desired paper appearance, fold behaviour and what happens at moisture-contact points. These are sample questions, not guaranteed properties of every product in each family.
Why is a blanket waterproof claim unreliable?
A material name cannot validate every grade or the finished package. Futamura’s Cellophane range itself includes different grades and barrier treatments. That is a reason to ask for the specific specification, not evidence that an unnamed WrapStoria film is that manufacturer’s product. A decorative layer must not be assumed to contain a hydration reservoir. Confirm the intended wet-area component separately.
How should you compare samples?
Use the same bouquet and design for each candidate. Record the sheets and closures needed, handling time, unwanted creases, tears and rejected wraps. Photograph the visible result under consistent lighting. Check any intended moisture contact and inspect after the shop’s normal holding and handling routine. Keep hydration contained separately; stop if the design leaks or presses delicate blooms. Label the accepted sample with its reference and the conditions checked. This is a suggested shop procedure, not a test already performed by WrapStoria.
When does price change the choice?
Compare the cost of an acceptable finished wrap rather than price per sheet alone. Include measured material use, required liners and closures, rejects and labour. Keep freight visible as a confirmed order cost. Do not apply an assumed 1.4-sheet consumption or a universal lowest-cost ranking. Recheck when the bouquet, product reference, coating, supplier batch or delivery conditions change; a previous sample does not approve every future use.
Where should you start an enquiry?

Confirm sales-unit contents, minimum and quantity increments before calculating a bulk order; availability and freight are confirmed per order. Use the paper sample guide for stock calculations and the delivery guide for transport checks. Neither this comparison nor a supplier’s general material description establishes a flower-life guarantee.
